Sansa’s Hymn Extended

So as you all probably know by now, my voice aint well and while i’m waiting for it to heal I’ve decided to go back into some older songs and have a play around with them. Sansa’s Hymn was always my favourite so here is my extended version. I hope you enjoy it.

    Hello Karliene!

Once again, you surprise me with your extension of Sansa’s Hymn. I was wondering why you don’t upload your music to iTunes. I believe you write your own songs right? You could make some extra cash that way, and people would buy it. I don’t know how many times I look on iTunes and youtube for songs about television series I watch like Game of Thrones and Doctor Who. Your songs are good, and people would pay for them, just saying. 🙂 No harm in making a little money for something you love to do.

Hi James, I’d love to have my songs on itunes but the lyrics to some of them, this one in particular, aren’t written by me. This one is a poem/song in the GOT book written by George R.R. Martin, I’ve just put it to music. If it was all my own words then yeah, i probably could put them on itunes but it’s not. My new album will all be original work and will be released on itunes. Stay tuned for more infor on that soon. Thanks for the support.

I recently “discovered” you music and vids via YouTube. I’m newly enticed into Game of Thrones fandom but see we share the same taste in things theatrical and am hooked on your take on the musical expression of such. Has anyone sent any of your work to the folks at HBO or George R R Martin? I would love some of your vids included on the DVD sets and possibly some used on the series.

Hoping your voice problems be healed so your unique and wonderful gift will continue to be shared.

Nah most of them are poems and songs from the Game of Thrones books that I’ve composed and set to music so I don’t own all the rights. I am currently writing and recording an original album though so keep an eye out. X

Your music is hauntingly beautiful! Thank-you so much for sharing it… I agree with the above about putting some of the songs in the GOT movies… So wish George could hear you voice and what you have done with his lyrics. You’re helping a lot of us wait out the release of the books and next series…

    Hi!
I just came across your music on youtube and I fell in love with your voice. This song in particular reminds me of Loreena McKennitt’s music. Well done!!
